1. The target group of the contractual clauses

These Terms and Conditions supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Domainkeskus Oy for those services where the Customer has subscribed to a service based on the Newsletter application (old name: Multiviesti.fi) from MMD.

2. Use of the service

MMD grants the customer the right to use the service.

Emails sent via the newsletter app always include a "unsubscribe" link. Those who unsubscribe from your newsletter will no longer be sent the newsletter. The link will always remain active for at least 30 days after the date of sending.

In addition, the newsletter must contain the name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address of the registrar/transmitting company. These are automatically included in the email sent with the newsletter in our newsletter application and must be the same. We do not accept spammers on our service, but you must have the permission of the recipient or an active customer relationship within two (2) years to send the newsletter. This is how we keep our service in good standing with the sender.

3. Content stored and transmitted by the customer

The copyright in the material stored by the customer is not transferred to MMD. The Customer grants MMD an irrevocable licence to use all material stored by the Customer in the Service for the purpose of providing the Services ordered by the Customer.

You are fully responsible for all material you store or have stored, such as texts and images, videos, layouts and other content.

In the event of any claim of copyright infringement or other claim against MMD, Customer agrees, at its own expense, to defend MMD if the claim relates to material stored in or transmitted through the Customer's system.

4. Backup

All data is backed up daily and backups are kept for at least 5 days. In the event of a problem caused by the Customer, a fee will be charged for restoring the backup in accordance with the current tariff.

5. Other terms and conditions

MMD has the right at any time to suspend the provision of its Service and to deny the Customer access to the Service.

MMD shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer or third parties as a result of the use of the Service.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the usernames and passwords provided to the Customer by MMD are not disclosed to third parties. The customer can change his password in the newsletter application settings.

MMD has the right to use the Customer as a reference if it so wishes, unless otherwise agreed.
